Come to this waste focused class and learn the tips and tricks that will make the most of your scraps. You will make and take home a variety of seasonal preserved goods that make the most of your vegetables.
This workshop will be a mixture of hands-on and demonstration. The student will take home everything they make and recipes for all products.
